My journey to this place has been life long. I grew up in Boise and was the girl who did everything! Sports, church, music, art I was even in a pageant and won most "well rounded" I spent most of my life in the good girl role. at 33 I was running a successful photography business, 2 kids a handsome hubby and a new home. I started feeling off, weird in my body and noone could give me answers. After being told I Was just depressed the dr prescribed some medication that I had an adverse reaction to and this one little experience changed my whole life. My marriage ended, I closed my business and everything met the goddess Kali. fast forward to now years later, I have been through the spiral many times. I discovered breathwork, yoga, the goddess path and have had so many magical experiences and have evolved into some whole new version of myself.
I am passionate about supporting women who have been where I Was or am today. Yoga and breathwork have been essential to me on my journey and I am here to bring this magic to the world.

Of course this is just one thread of my story but either way I am so glad your soul has led you here and I am excited to live out more of this story with you!
